The terraces and gardens:

The south side terrace overlooking the living room, dining room and veranda. With table and chairs wrought iron, it offers a beautiful view over the garden, the valley of the Tarn and the Black Causse.
The east terrace, adjoining the kitchen and lounge is ideal for taking breakfast in the morning sun, it is equipped with tables and benches and chairs.
The garden north entrance of the house, with gravel and flower beds gives access to a laundry and a toilet outside.
The park surrounding the Magnanerie offer many play areas for children and a small pine forest bordering the property on its eastern boundary.
