LA MAGNANERIE

On the main floor of the house (old part of the house) :
There is a large living room, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with old fashioned bath tub, bidet, WC, wash basin, large hanging closet, changing table and washing machine.
Also there are two bedrooms, with double beds each, looking out on the balcony and across the valley. One of these has a wash basin.
A glassed-in porch on the balcony with a double bed serves as a pleasant summer bedroom.

On the second floor :
The large attic includes a bedroom with double bed and washbasin, a bathroom with shower and double wash basins, a separate toilet, and a dormitory with 5 twin beds.
Attached to the house outside are a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Equipment :
The kitchen has a dishwasher and  a new Godin stove, fridge with freezer drawers. The dining room is equipped with an extendable table that can accommodate 20 people and a buffet featuring dishes for 20 people. In the lounge, TV and DVD player, radio cassette and CD players, games, internet. Libraries in different parts of the house, boules, badminton equipment. Barbecue and garden furniture (tables and chairs). Private car park adjacent to the front garden gate of the garage. Garage in which to store bicycles and strollers. Central heating.

Notes on availability :
The premises are available starting at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and need to be vacated before noon on the day of departure. Rental is available during the slow season on weekends and special holiday weekends from Friday 4 pm to Sunday 7 pm. In the high season, rental is for a minimum of 7 days and begins on Saturdays. Easter and other religious holidays are the high season.
